Casi is Alicia's twin. They are as different as day and night. Casi is a homebody and is slow to make friends and to get into relationships. She came to live with us almost a year after Alicia.
The old joke in our house was about summertime and buying swimsuits. Alicia would want a new on the showed more skin where Casi would want another one because hers was worn and "her knees showed".
Casi graduated High School at the ripe old age of 16 through correspondence school. For years Casi has wanted to be a lawyer, but the local college by her grandmother will not admit her because of her age (they don't like her diploma) so law school has been put back for a while. Casi called me the other day and told me she was starting LPN school May 21st.
Casi is and has been living with her biological mother for about a year now. I hope things go well, for her sake.
